Avoiding returns

Every return not only means extra work for you, but unfortunately also puts a strain on our environment. To do something good for you and our environment, we ask you to choose products and sizes with particular care. On our product pages, you will find all the important information about the sizes and individual fits of our products. We also make every effort to clearly highlight all important product features and characteristics to prevent incorrect orders.

Return

If one of our products doesn't fully meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We charge a flat rate of €3.50 for each return. Once we receive your return, we will refund the amount within 20 days using your chosen payment method.

Note on bundles: The bundle offer is only valid if all three items are purchased. If one or more items are returned, the price of the retained items will be adjusted to the regular individual price.
