Where can I find my order number?

After completing your order, you will receive an email from us. The order number is located at the top right of this order confirmation under "Order #xxxxx". The number combination behind the hashtag is your unique order number. If you have not received an order confirmation email after completing the purchase, please contact our customer service at service@famvibes.de . Let us know your full name and we will be happy to email you the order confirmation again.

Can I place an order via email?

No, unfortunately it is not possible to place orders by email. However, you can easily order our products in just a few steps via our online shop.

Do I need a customer account to order from FAMVIBES?

No, you can also order from our online shop without a customer account.

Can I apply my discount code to an order later?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to subsequently apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed. Why? Once we have received your order, an invoice will be generated that cannot be changed. To make sure you don't miss out on a discount, we recommend signing up for our newsletter.

What do I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong item?

Please contact our customer service immediately and explain your request. To ensure that we meet our stated delivery times, we process orders as expeditiously as possible. Therefore, there is a limited time window in which orders can still be cancelled. Once an order has been processed by our logistics department, cancellation is no longer possible.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

Although we carefully inspect all products before shipping, occasionally a small flaw can be overlooked. If an item is not in order when you receive it, please contact our customer service by email at service@famvibes.de . Please include your name, order number and a picture of the defect. We will immediately look into it.

PAYMENT & BILLING:

What payment methods are available to me?

You can conveniently settle your order with the following payment methods: Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), Paypal, Klarna Sofort, Klarna invoice, Sofortüberweisung and GooglePay.

How do I get my bill?

You can easily request your invoice after completing your order. Send us a request by email to anna@famvibes.de . We will email you your invoice promptly.

Do you offer purchase on account?

Yes, with Klarna purchase on account you have the option of buying our products and paying later.

SHIPPING:

How much are the shipping costs?

The standard shipping costs within Germany are €4.90. From an order value of €80.00 we offer free shipping. For orders within the EU outside of Germany, we calculate shipping costs of €9.90. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to Switzerland and England.

How many days is the delivery time?

The delivery time within Germany is 2-4 working days. For deliveries within Europe you should expect a delivery time of 7 working days.

How can I see where my order is?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from DHL with a tracking link. There you can check where your package is at any time.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

RETURNS & RETURNS:

Where can I register a return and how does the process work?

If you would like to make a return, please contact us by email at service@famvibes.de and tell us your name and your order number. We will then provide you with a return label for the return shipment. Print out this label, place the items undamaged and unworn in the original packaging and seal the box securely. Attach the return label to the box, remove the old shipping label and take the package to a DHL location of your choice.

Is it possible to exchange for a different item or size?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a direct exchange for a different size or a different item. Instead, we ask you to place a new order.

How long do I have for a return?

If one of our products does not meet your expectations 100%, you can register a return with us. You have 14 days to return the item, starting from when you received your order. Within this time, the return package should have been handed in at a DHL location for return shipment.

What are the costs for a return?

Every return requires considerable effort and unfortunately also has an impact on the environment. Our goal is to avoid returns, which is why we provide you with detailed product information. We charge a fee of €3.50 for returns.

Why is the return subject to a fee?

We want to be transparent and explain why we charge a fee of €3.50 for each return:
• Cost: Returns involve a high cost for our small business, which the fee does not fully cover. We must inspect, process and repackage returned items. In addition, we pay an amount higher than the €3.50 fee for the returns service with our shipping partner. Nevertheless, we contribute more than 50% to the costs of every return that you commission.
• Awareness: We as the FAMVIBES brand want to promote conscious consumption and encourage the avoidance of returns. We offer comprehensive product information and use environmentally friendly shipping with DHL GOGREEN. Your waiver of returns makes a significant contribution to reducing emissions.

Under what conditions do I receive no or only a partial refund for my return?
If an item is returned with signs of wear, dirt or damage, we will contact you. In this case, a refund is not possible. If you return the item outside of the 14-day period, we cannot accept the return.

How is the refund made?

The refund will be made via the original payment method used.

When will I get my refund?

Please give us some time to process the return. Once we have received and inspected the return, it will be released within 7 days and the amount refunded.

How can I find out if a product is back in stock?

If a product is sold out, we offer you the option of being notified when it becomes available again. Simply enter your e-mail address for our restock notifications on the product page in our online shop.

How do I properly care for my products?

The longevity of our garments is particularly important to us. Our products are manufactured to a high standard to ensure years of comfort. Please find out more about the exact care instructions on the product page. Basically:

• Wash as cold as possible.
• Only spin at low speed.
• Avoid the dryer.
• Before drying, pull the items into shape and let them dry on the clothesline.

Where are the products made?

In 2021 we went in search of sustainable production facilities and found what we were looking for in Portugal. Most of our products are manufactured there in small manufactories and family businesses. This development makes us particularly proud, because we can represent the high production standards of our partners with a clear conscience. Due to their nature, some items are produced in other European countries such as Poland and Turkey. Here, too, we work with partners who have a high level of production.

Which materials are used?

At FAMVIBES we attach great importance to the quality of our products. For this reason, we mainly use natural materials such as cotton, organic cotton and new wool.
• Cotton is a natural fiber obtained from the seed hairs of the cotton plant. This natural property makes cotton particularly skin-friendly and breathable. Cotton fabrics are also pleasantly soft.
• Organic cotton is grown without chemical fertilizers and pesticides. This reduces environmental impact as cultivation uses less water and soil pollution is minimised. The renunciation of harmful chemicals and water protects ecological systems.
• Virgin wool has excellent insulating properties that retain body heat while wicking away moisture. Our new wool products are suitable for different weather conditions because they warm in winter and offer a pleasant climate in summer. It is important to us that the virgin wool used comes from ethical and sustainable animal husbandry. Our suppliers comply with high animal welfare standards and pay attention to species-appropriate animal husbandry. The biodegradability of new wool is another advantage. Unlike synthetic fibres, virgin wool is naturally broken down by microorganisms and leaves no permanent waste behind.
