HEY KIDOO socks:
3-4Y (23-25): Sock length = 10.5cm, hem = 6.5cm
5-6Y (26-28): Sock length = 14cm, hem = 7.0cm

Note: The sock length is not the same as the foot length - this is shorter because the material is soft and stretchy - so the sock fits well around the foot.
