Washing in the washing machine damages the natural wool density and properties! We therefore recommend washing our wool products only by hand and as infrequently as possible. It is usually sufficient to remove large stains with a damp cloth and shake out and air out the wool products. Since wool does not tolerate high water temperatures, hand washing should only be done cold and with a suitable wool detergent. To dry, ideally lay the wool products on a terry towel or hang them on the clothesline. Tumble dryers, radiators or direct sunlight for drying will damage the product.
