You need these ingredients for the vegan & gluten-free peanut chocolate cups:
- 250g of nuts
- 200g of dates
- 10 apricots
- 50 g oatmeal
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free cocoa
Filling:
- Peanut Must
Toping:
- Dark glaze
Preparation:
1. For the base you have to put all the ingredients in the blender. Then put the crushed mass in a cupcake mold and press in a little. Now put the base in the fridge for a few minutes.
2. In the meantime, melt the bittersweet glaze over a water bath.
3. Now place a spoonful of peanut butter in the middle of each cup and then pour over the melted icing.
Now just let the cups cool in the fridge and voila! Your vegan homemade peanut chocolate cups are ready😍
